Delivery is FREE to Mainland UK. All parcels will be delivered to 1 address (additional addresses will incur a small charge, please contact us for details). Orders from outside of mainland UK - please contact us for prices.
Most print jobs will be printed and delivered within 5-7 working days; but on larger jobs such as high quantity brochures (and also during busy periods), we may take up to 12 working days due to print and drying times. Feel free to contact our Team prior to ordering for an estimate of when your particular order can be printed and delivered by.
Once parcels have been collected by our couriers, we cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or delays - however, our Team do ensure that any compensation recovered from our couriers will be sent direct to you. It is very rare that we do have any problems with delays, but it does sometimes occur in adverse weather conditions such as snow and sleet.
Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your products please let us know within 5 days of receipt, in writing. When you let us know, we will have our couriers come to collect the items from you (please have at least 95% ready and packaged in the original boxes) and we will re-print from the exact files you sent us previously. If more than 5% of the items have already been used we will not be able to offer refunds or re-prints. If we cannot find any reasonable fault with the items, we will not be able to refund; otherwise, we will be happy to refund or reprint your goods.
Any damages caused by our couriers are not under our liability; however, we will claim compensation from them and ensure your goods are re-printed once we receive the compensation from the couriers - you must notify us, in writing, within 2 days of receiving your goods to state the damages.
We are not responsible for checking your files; all guidelines are specified on the Artwork/Files - however, for extra advice, please get in touch with our Team before ordering.
We cannot and do not promise that colours will match on the hardcopies consistently - it will depend on the graphics suite you have used to design in; as well as other factors such as the paper stock used. PDF's and jpeg's MUST be flattened before upload, to ensure the files print as seen on your screen. Please bear in mind that the colour profiles you set may come out a fraction different dependant on what stock we print on (i.e. gloss, silk, matt) - gloss will give a vibrant profile, while matt and silk will dull the colour profile. 'Ghosting and watermarks' on orders must be set to at least 30%.
If in the case that we run out of a certain paper stock, our Production Team will 'upgrade' your order to the next highest quality (i.e. if we run out of 130gsm, we will upgrade you free-of-charge to 170gsm!).

Refunds will not, under any circumstances, be given for delayed deliveries. Due to the volume of orders we process, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates; so if you have an urgent deadline, please ensure you check with us if turnaround will be possible...before you place your order.
We are always happy to post out free sample packs, to ensure you are happy with the quality of the goods before placing your order. This is your opportunity to see what the quality we produce is like, before spending any money.
